We offer economy free shipping everyday on U.S. orders over $39 when shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders. Orders under $39 ship for only $6.95 to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page under the price of the item. Your final shipping cost will be available to you during checkout. A tracking number will be provided.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. If your return is a result of a NextDayFilters.com error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.
- NextDayFilters.com will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.
- Refunds on returned goods that are purchased by mistake will only be granted on items that are in a new and unused condition, with all parts, shrink wrap and components in tact.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
If your return comes back to us damaged, we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.
You can expect your refund within one-two weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases, you will receive a refund sooner, but take into account the time required for return shipping (up to 3 days), product inspection at our distribution facility (up to 2 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Customers are responsible for providing their address. In the event an order is shipped to an invalid address; the customer is responsible for the payment and merchandise shipped. A refund will only be issued with the returned product to our distribution facility. We will follow the standard return policy.
NextDayFilters.com is happy to accept returns on items within 30 days of the original ship date. All returned items are inspected and must be in a new, unused condition and contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals, and components. We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals, and components.
Return requests must be processed using our online contact us form.
- NextDayFilters.com will not accept any returns on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.
- After inspection, if your return is deemed damaged, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
- In the event that NextDayFilters.com makes an error on your order, it must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order. After 30 days, NextDayFilters.com reserves the right to deny a return/refund request. We encourage our customers to check the contents of their packages as soon as they are received.
- PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE ANY PACKAGES**. If a package is refused and there is no proof of delivery back to NextDayFilters.com, no refund will be issued. **In addition, all packages that are refused are subject to a $10.00 fee.
We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.
Damage due to carrier mishandling:
NextDayFilters.com is not liable for damages discovered after 3 months.
In the event that you receive damaged goods, we will work to resolve the issue. Please follow the steps to submit a claim:
- Use the contact us form via NextDayFilters.com
- Submit a clear photo of the damage
- All request must be made within 90 days of receiving the shipment.
Return Shipping Label:
NextDayFilters.com offers convenient prepaid mailing labels for returns to customers in the contingent US. If the NextDayFilters.com label is used, the customer is responsible for paying $8.99 per label. This label fee will be deducted from the return refund.
The State of California often requires water treatment devices making health claims to be tested and certified by them. Some of the products we sell may not be certified specifically by the state of California. Therefore, only aesthetic claims can be made on units shipped to California. When possible we will notate on the product description if a particular product is not certified by the state of California.
Warranties and Defectives
Some of the products sold by NextDayFilters.com are covered under manufacturer warranty. Service information containing terms and conditions are often included in the product box. We encourage our customers to complete the product registration information and return any registration cards to the manufacturer. Please note that improper product installation can void a manufacturer’s warranty so please follow any guidelines listed. Filter life depends on water quality and usage. NextDayFilters.com reserves the right to determine that water quality and usage were the factor in a filter not lasting as long as expected. If this is determined, a replacement will not be issued.
If you feel you have received a defective product and are not sure if it is covered under any manufacturer warranty or guarantee and are not sure how to proceed please submit a damage claim form via the NextDayFilters.com contact us page.
Bulky Item Handling Fee
To keep our prices competitive and offset high shipping charges for large packages, some items will include a bulk item fee. This fee will be presented during the checkout process when an order is placed. Bulk item fee’s are not refundable.
Pricing or Image Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to human error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, NextDayFilters.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. NextDayFilters.com will have the right to cancel or refuse any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NextDayFilters.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
At NextDayFilters.com, we do our best to keep all images on our website up to date. If an image is discovered to be out of date, we will ship the updated product, which may not be identical to the image that is currently used online.
Sales tax is determined by the delivery address of your order. Any state, county, and/or locality taxes are calculated during checkout and vary by location.
Payments in Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Company Check, & Personal Check
We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.
